It is not possible for us to entertain the petition having regard to the reliefs prayed for in the present petition. What is prayed for is a direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to forthwith transfer respondent No.4 from Wadagaon Municipal Council on the ground that the respondent No.4 is trying to influence Wadagaon Municipal Council election process. 4.

It is for the respondents to look into the said representation in the first instance. The same be taken to its logical end within a period of two weeks from today.
