It is not possible for us to grant any efective relief in respect of the petitioner though we have sympathy with the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the meritorious students should not be deprived of a seat in the MBBS course only because of policy decision taken by the respondents, which is not well considered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents should evolve more thoughtful and considered policy so that students can have a fair opportunity to get a seat in the MBBS course of their choice on merits.

These are the matters which are to be dealt with by the respondents. The petitioner can always place her suggestions before the State Government for improving the policy guiding admission of seats in the MBBS courses. Liberty to the petitioner to make such representation. If such a representation is made the respondents may consider the same on its own merits.
