1] The facts in the present case are identical with the facts in Writ Petition No.5152 of 2018. The only objection that is raised by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 is that the Petitioners have approached this Court belatedly i.e. only after judgment was delivered in Writ Petition No.5152 of 2018 on 6th September 2018.
2] We do not find that there is any inordinate delay in filing the Petition. When similarly situated citizens have been given benefit of certain reliefs by this Court, we are of the considered view BGP. 1 of 2

that the present Petitioners are also to be given the same benefit. The Petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 that the directions as specified in the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.5152 of 2018 would also be applicable to the present Petitioners. However, the period provided in the said order shall be construed to be the period from today.
