Mr.Anil Shitole, learned Advocate for the Applicants on instructions submitted that, in view of the fact of filing of chargesheet by the Police, the Petitioner will file an Application for discharge before the Trial Court, if charge is not framed till date. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to file Application for discharge before the Trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
