The Applicants impugn order dated 3rd July 2018 passed below Exhibit 33 in Regular Civil Appeal No.31 of 2016. The Application Exhibit 33 was filed seeking stay to proceeding in Regular Civil Appeal No.31 o 2016 till disposal of Second Appeal No.817 of 2015. The said application was allowed. It appears that during pendency of this Revision Application, Second Appeal No.815 of 2015 has been disposed of on 16th September 2019, so also Regular Civil Appeal No.31 of 2016 is disposed of on 17th June 2021. 2.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration in present Civil Revision Application and the same stands disposed of as infructuous.
