P.C. :­ 1] Learned counsel for the petitioner, on basis of instructions from the petitioner, today requests that some directions be given for expeditious disposal of the main suit without being influence by any observations in the impugned order.

2] Since the suit is of the year 2017, learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31st December 2020. Further, learned Trial Judge should not be influenced by any of the observations in the impugned order and the suit will have to be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3] Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 4] All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
