Having noted the letter dated 2 August, 2021 issued by Dr. Dhanraj Mane, Director of Education (Higher Education), it is clear that the order 11 October, 2018 passed by this Court stands complied, which was the primary grievance of the petitioner in this Contempt Petition.

The only issue now is in regard to the release of the amount as set out in the last two paragraphs of the said letter. The concerned officials accordingly shall take steps to act upon the said letter and release the amount within a period of four weeks from today.

Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of, as the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. (G.S.KULKARNI, J.) 1/1
