This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 Shantaram Krishnaji Salunkhe on record, by condoning the delay caused in filing this application. For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
