We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The husband of the petitioner was working with the Government Polytechnic.

Learned AGP submits that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 4.

In view of the alternate remedy available, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. 5.

All contentions are kept open. No costs.
