DATE : 17 JANUARY 2024 P.C. :- The Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 - Management, whereby an increment of the Petitioner is stopped. This order is passed pursuant to a show cause notice. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners alleges malafides on the part of the Management. Clearly, this is a dispute between the Petitioners and the Management.

The State of Maharashtra, by the Government Resolution dated 1 October 2019 has formed a Grievance Forum to

That forum for the service related disputes between the Management and its employees which are not covered under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools Act, 1977. The Petitioner can approach the said Grievance Committee. Since the Respondent - Management is not before us we keep all contentions of the parties open. The Petition is disposed of.
