IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION NO. 581 OF 2017 Narayan Parsu Mali ...Applicant vs.

Tanaji Bhiku Mali and Ors.

...Respondents

***** None for the Applicant.

Mr.A.D.Kamkhedkar - APP for Respondent No.3 - State. ***** CORAM :

S. M. MODAK, J.

DATE :

19th JANUARY 2024 P. C. :- 1.

The Court of Additional Sessions Judge - Sangli as per the judgment dated 2nd August, 2017 set aside the conviction for the offence punishable under Section 324 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ['IPC"]. It was a case instituted on a Police report. This is a Revision filed by the Complainant against the order of the Appellate Court.

2.

On 14th December, 2023 and on 5th January, 2024, no one was present on behalf of the Applicant. Not a single effective order is passed. It seems that the Applicant has not pursued the Revision. He must have lost interest.

3.

Revision is pending since 2017. Hence, it is dismissed for non prosecution.
