This Civil Application is taken out for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent nos. 1 and 2. 2.

Heard Mr. Walimbe, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants and Mr. Arjunwadkar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Mr. Arjunwadkar strongly opposes the application, however, in the Civil Application sufficient reasons are given for condonation of delay.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
