1] The limited grievance raised in the Petition is that though the proposal for grant of approval to the Petitioner's appointment has been submitted, the same is not considered by Respondent No.5 - Education Officer.
2] In that view of the matter, we dispose of the Petition with direction to Respondent No.5 to decide the proposal for grant of approval to the Petitioner's appointment as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
