Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP. Perused the order passed in Criminal Writ Petition Nos. 1845/2013, 258/2015, 39/2015 etc.

We find that petitioner has not made any representation to respondents complaining or protesting about the alleged high handed act. 3.

The petitioner however states that their premises and business is closed down since October, 2019. In this situation, without recording any finding on merits keeping all contentions open, we grant petitioner leave to make appropriate representation to respondent No.2 and other superior - Page-1/2
