The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has placed on record the communication dated 11th December, 2024 with the original signature of Shri. Harun Ishak Parande, Chairman Muslim Education Committee, Sangli, by which it is intimated that the Petitioner would be appointed as a Peon on compassionate basis in place of his father. It is further prayed that the Petition be disposed off. The original communication is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is agreeable to the proposal of the Management and the Petitioner will join the duties on 1st January, 2025. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Management submits that the Petitioner would be issued an appointment order as a Peon on compassionate basis and he should join duties on 1st January, 2025. The Petitioner would tender relevant documents pertaining to his IT Pan Card, Election Commission Voter Id Card, Aadhar Card and permanent address proof along with latest cellular phone monthly bill/receipt. The Management would tender the proposal for approval to the Competent Authority, within a period of three weeks from the date of joining of the duties by the Petitioner.

The Competent Authority would scrutinize the said proposal and would pass an appropriate reasoned order within a period of 30 days from the date of receiving of the proposal. If there are objections/deficiencies in the proposal, the said Authority would list out the deficiencies in one stroke and convey them to the Management. The Management would remove the deficiencies within a period of 15 days from the communication by the Authority. In this context, if some more

time is required, we grant a further time of 30 days (only if there are deficiencies) for deciding the proposal.

With the above statements recorded and the directions issued, the Petition is disposed off.
