It is not possible to grant the relief sought in the above Civil Application especially in the light of the orders passed in Writ Petition (St) No.10368 of 2014 and Writ Petition (St) No.10370 of 2014. Apart from the said reason, it is also required to be noted that the above Petition was listed on the day prior to 21st October 2015, when no appearance was put up on behalf of the Petitioners and was therefore kept on the next date i.e. on 21st October 2015. On which day also no appearance was put up on behalf of the Petitioners and resultantly the order dated 21st October 2015 came to be passed dismissing the Petition. The Civil Application is accordingly rejected.
