The criminal revision application arise out of conviction under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. During the pendency of the present criminal revision application, parties to the proceedings have amicably resolved their disputes and have filed consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of consent terms, the impugned judgment and order dated 22nd September 2009 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sangli in Summary Criminal Case No.2770 of 2006 confirmed by Sessions Judge, Sangli by order dated 2nd December 2019 in Criminal Appeal No.262 of 2009 is quashed and set aside. 3.

The criminal revision application stands disposed of. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
