By this application, applicant is seeking modification of condition imposed by this Court (Coram : N. J. Jamadar, J.) by bail order dated 24th August 2022.

It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that this Court has granted bail to the applicant. While granting bail, this Court has imposed condition No.(3) i.e. the applicant shall remain within the jurisdiction of learned Sessions Judge, Barshi and shall not leave the area without prior permission of the learned Sessions Judge, for a period for six months from the date of his release. Applicant is 1/2
Shubhada S Kadam 77-ia-4257-2022-ba-784-2022doc released from jail in July 2023. Around 130 offences have been registered against the applicant and he has to attend those cases. It is difficult for him to take permission every time to attend those cases, hence, requested to modify the order to the extent of condition No. (3). Learned APP strongly objected for it.

I have heard both learned counsel. As around 130 cases have been registered against the applicant and he has to attend those cases, this Court Court has imposed condition No.(3) viz. not to leave Barshi City without prior permission of the Sessions Court. Applicant has abided by the said condition for three months. 5.
In view of above, I pass following order:
(i) Condition No.(3)is relaxed.
