After this matter was argued for some time and our attention was invited to the affidavit in reply and the process followed for allotment of Galas in the newly constructed market building, on instructions, Mr. Shah seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition on the same cause of action and laying the comprehensive challenge. The Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with Aswale 1/2

To enable the Petitioners to file a fresh Petition and to seek appropriate interim and final relief therein, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the sides, we continue the ad-interim order passed in this Writ Petition dated 17th November, 2017 for a period of four weeks from today. It shall not be continued any further.

We have expressed no opinion on the rival contentions nor our present order shall be construed as grant of any substantive ad-interim/interim relief.
