In terms of the order passed by Registrar (Judicial-II), as no steps were taken by the appellant as against respondent nos. 1 and 2, the appeal stood abated. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he has no knowledge about the legal heirs and as such necessary application could not be moved. 2.

Considering that declaration of tenancy was sought in respect of the premises of which respondent no.1 is the landlord, nothing further survives for consideration in the second appeal upon abatement of appeal qua respondent no.1. Second appeal stands disposed of.
