This petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No.5 - the Education Oicer to decide the proposal sent by the Respondent No.6 - the Educational Institution for grant of individual approval to the appointment of petitioner on the post of peon, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

If there are any deiciencies in the proposal, same shall be intimated to the management with a view to give an opportunity to the management to cure those deiciencies.
