We have heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP for the Respondent Nos.3 and 4.

We direct the Respondent No.1 to decide the proposal dated 24th January 2013, copy of which is at page 35 of petition, as expeditiously as possible and any event within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any deiciencies in the proposal, the management and petitioner be granted an opportunity to cure / explain the same. If proposal is approved, name of the Petitioner be included in the Shalarth Pranali and all arrears be paid to the Petitioner accordingly.
