Suit was expedited with a specific direction to dispose of the Regular Civil Suit No.19 of 2016 pending before Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Peth Vadgaon, Kolhapur within a period of two years communication of the order which was passed on 09.03.2021. Reasons are given in the letter dated 10.04.2024 addressed by the learned Trial Court Judge.

In view of letter dated 10.04.2024, extension of period of six months from today stands allowed as prayed for by the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Peth Vadgoan, Kolhapur to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No.19 of 2016.
