Heard. This Application is for condonation of 89 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 31.03.2010 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi, Dist. Solapur in LAR No.478/2002.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.
