The present Petition is filed by the Petitioners to challenge the order dated 19 August 2019 passed by the Minister, Revenue, allowing the revision application filed by Respondent No.1 and setting aside the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune. The effect of the order passed by the Minister, Revenue, is now the names of legal heirs of Pandurang Govind Bodake and Shivaji Govind Bodake may not be recorded to the revenue records. It appears that Petitioner Ratan has already instituted proceedings which are converted to Regular Civil Suit No.588 of 2017 which involves a issue interalia as to whether Ratan is the legally wedded wife of Pandurang Govind Bodake or not. The Minister, himself has observed in the order that the decision of the Civil katkam 1/2

In that view of the matter, the correctness of the order passed by the Minister, Revenue, need not be examined in the present Petition. It is clarified that the revenue entries would ultimately governed by decision of Regular Civil Suit No.588 of 2017. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. (SANDEEP V.
