By this civil application, the applicants seek to bring two of the legal heirs of the petitioner no.1 on record. The other two legal heirs of the petitioner no.1 are already on record. 3.

I have perused the averments made in the civil application. I am satisfied that the delay has been sufficiently explained. Delay of 71 days in filing this civil application is condoned. 4.
