This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the revision application against an order passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sangli, on an application for rejection of the plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in RCS/331/2022.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay of 10 days in filing the revision application deserves to be condoned. 1/2
