The learned AGP submits that while condoning the delay this Court had already granted stay in Civil Application No. 3678 of 2015 by Order dated 30th August 2019 this Court had condoned the delay and by the same Order has also granted stay to the effect and operation of the Judgment and Order impugned in the Appeal since already of stay passed the Application become infructuous.

The Civil Application No. 3769 of 2015 stands disposed of as infructuous.
