Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time submits that presently he would restrict his prayers limited to the direction to the respondent No.1 - Competent Authority (Land Acquisition, Sub-Divisional Oicer, Pandharpur) to decide the representation dated 25th November 2025 expeditiously. 3.

We accordingly direct the respondent No.1 - Competent Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

In the event, the representation is decided in favour of the petitioner, needless to mention that immediate steps shall be taken to disburse the compensation.
