The learned counsel Mr. Deshpande appearing for Anjali Tushar Aswale Respondent No.5 Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation Anjali Tushar Aswale Date: 2018.08.14 17:54:33 +0530 makes a statement that they will clear the arrears of rental compensation as well as compensation in respect of acquired land within six months from today. He submits that he is making this statement on the basis of letter dated 10th August, 2018 issued by the Deputy Executive Engineer, Kolhapur. He placed both the copies of the letter on record.
