By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking to relax and modify the order dated 24th November, 2025 passed by the learned Sub Divisional District Magistrate Solapur passed in CASE No. SR/22/2025 to the extent of re-enter in Solapur District and Petitioner permitted to re-enter in Solapur District for 30 days. 3.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Petitioner that Petitioner's son is contesting election in Barshi Nagarpanchyat. Hence, Petitioner be permitted to enter in Solapur District for 30 days. Hence, requested to allow the Petition.

It is contention of learned APP that the Petitioner is charged under the provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. If he permitted to enter in Barshi City, he may threaten the victim and prosecution witnesses. If this Court inclines, he can be permitted to enter in Solapur District for three days. Hence, requested to dismiss the Writ Petition.

I have heard both the learned counsels. The voting date of election is on 2nd December, 2025 and counting date is on 3rd December, 2025. Considering these facts, I pass following order:

ORDER

(i) Petition is partly allowed;

(ii) The Petitioner is permitted to enter in Solapur District till 5th December, 2025 from today;

(iii) Petition is disposed off accordingly.
