Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these proceedings arose out of the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Radhanagari-Kagal Sub-Divisioin, Kolhapur remanding the matter to the Tahasildar, Kagal and subsequently the proceedings before the Tahsildar has culminated into an order and as such, nothing survives for consideration in the petition 2.

In light of the above, writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
