The petitioners were directed to deposit the cost of Rs.5 lakhs by the judgment and order dated 27th June, 2019. The Apex Court vide order dated 16th July, 2019 declined to interfere with the judgment and order dated 27th June, 2019, however, reduced the cost to Rs.50,000/­. The learned counsel for the petitioners has placed on record a copy of the demand draft for Rs.50,000/­ drawn in favour of the Registrar, High Court (Appellate Side), Bombay, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for Identification. 4-WP-13684-2018.odt In terms of paragraph 10 of the judgment dated 27th June, 2019, the Trial Court is requested to forward the report of compliance of the order, ie., execution of possession warrant then issued on 1st November, 2017.

Mr. Patwardhan, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that in Writ Petition No.7967 of 2019, this Court has stayed the execution of possession warrant issued by the Trial Court. Office is directed to list the Writ Petition No.7967 of 2019 for Admission on the Supplementary Board on 7th August, 2019. Mr. Patwardhan is requested to inform about the listing to the advocate for the petitioners in Writ Petition No.7967 of 2019. Office is directed to produce papers and proceedings in this Petition along with Writ Petition No.7967 of 2019 on 7th August, 2019.
