Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 - Solapur Municipal Corporation, on instructions, submits that the impugned order dated 26th November, 2025 can be treated as Show Cause Notice to the petitioners and, in fact, submits that it is the Show Cause Notice.

We ind some substance in the submission of Mr. Patil. Accordingly, apprehension of the petitioners that the premises will be sealed even before the show cause notice decided, is not wellfounded. 923-WP-12647-2025.doc Notice. Now, that the petitioners are in receipt of the Show Cause Notice, they shall appear before the Health Oicer, Solapur Municipal Corporation on 22nd December, 2025 at 11.00 a.m and respond to Show Cause Notice dated 26th November, 2025. 3.

After hearing the petitioners and in compliance with the natural justice, Show Cause Notice be adjudicated on it's own merits and in accordance with law. It is also open for the petitioners to raise all contentions on the merits, including jurisdiction of the Authority to initiate the said action. Since the issue pertains to closure of Hospital, if any action is to be taken, the same be taken only after Show Cause Notice is adjudicated. Since the petitioners are running a Hospital, in case, adverse orders are passed on the Show Cause Notice, the said orders shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks.

It is made clear that, in the meantime, the petitioners shall abide by all the Rules and Regulations and follow the same diligently while running the Hospital.
