The respondents-accused are the wife and in-laws of deceased Tanaji.

Tanaji committed suicide by consuming poison. The said event happened on a quarrel between late Tanaji and the respondentsaccused person. The testimony of the son of deceased- Tanaji is sought to be relied on. PW-3, Pappu Tanaji Bhandalwalkar was examined at Exhibit 43.

There are no external injuries on the body of deceased and as such no medical evidence of physical assault is reflected.

Apart from above, on appreciating the evidence of all the four witnesses and the documents referred the learned Sessions Court recorded acquittal, which is a possible view. 5.
In view of above, leave refused.
