Learned Counsel for the applicants invited this Court's attention to the order dated 21st August, 2025, wherein in paragraph 2, this Court has observed thus;

"We are inclined to allow this application and stay the judgment and decree dated 9th December, 2024 subject to the appellants depositing the entire decretal amount in this Court within a period of 10 weeks from today".

Considering that the order dated 21st August, 2025 was passed by this Court after hearing both the parties, we deem it appropriate to grant further time of two weeks from today to the applicants to deposit entire decretal amount in this Court. 4.

It is clariied that failure to deposit such amount in this Court within the given period shall vacate the stay granted by this Court vide order dated 21st August, 2025.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
