By this application the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court (Coram : N. R. Borkar, J.) dated 21st March, 2025 to attend the Police Station.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State, the condition No.(iii), that the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a month i.e. on first Saturday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till conclusion of trial, is hereby relaxed.
