Nobody for the petitioner. Prayer is to quash FIR registered on 29/8/2015 under sections 324, 354, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of IPC qua the petitioner. There are more than 5 persons as accused and grievance made by complainant No.2 against them is collective in nature. Others have not approached this Court.

Though matter is filed in November 2016, it has not appeared before Court except on 2/11/2017. On 2/11/2017 it has been adjourned as there was no appearance for the petitioner.

We find learned APP right in submitting that considering nature of offence, FIR cannot be quashed and set aside only against one of the accused persons i.e. petitioner.

We therefore refuse to intervene in extraordinary jurisdiction. The petition is rejected.
