The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the original plaintiff, on 25th July 2019, has withdrawn the suit bearing No.RCS No.1021 of 2013 in which the order impugned herein, was passed.

In view of the aforesaid development, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition since the petition has been rendered infructuous.
