The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 17th June 2025 passed by Respondent No.9- Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune in R.T.S. Revision No.176 of 2019.

Admittedly, Revision Application is filed against order passed by Respondent No.9, which is pending before State of Maharashtra/Respondent No.8 in Revision Application No.1482 of 2025.

Mr. Sanjay D. Rayrikar, learned AGP, on instructions, makes statement that Respondent No.8 would decide proceedings pending Suresh 1/2

In that view of matter, Writ Petition stands disposed of with request to Respondent No.8 to decide pending proceeding within a period of four months from today.
