Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he will provide Aadhar card, Pan card and pass book details of nationalized bank by tomorrow. The Tahsildar, Madha is present in person. He submits that on receipt of these documents, immediately a cheque of Rs. 50,13,348/­ will be issued in favour of the Petitioner and so far as Rs. 9,02,403/­ is concerned, the said amount will be directly transferred in the account of the Petitioner. List the matter on 23rd December, 2016 for compliance.
