The first respondent is personally present in the Court. He states that communications dated 16th November 2015 [Exhibit D(Collectively)] have been withdrawn and the applications made by the petitioners for grant of licences have been decided on merits. He states that except the fourth petitioner, the other petitioners have been granted licences and the application made by the fourth petitioner has been rejected on the ground of set out in the order. 2.
As the communications on the basis of which contempt notice was issued have been withdrawn and the applications made by the petitioners have been decided on merits, no case is made out to proceed further in the contempt petition.
