By this interim application, the applicant seeks extension of time to deposit costs of Rs.25,000/- as directed by this Court by order dated 7.10.2019. The learned counsel for the respondents opposes the application. However, for the reasons stated in para Nos. 4,5 and 6 of the application, application is allowed and time to deposit costs of Rs.25,000/- before the learned Civil Judge, S.D, Jaysingpur, District Kolhapur is extended by one week from the date of uploading this order.
