It is submitted that in para 7, page 3 of the order dated 5th January, 2023 it is recorded that the Petitioner Suresh was working as a Deputy Commissioner, Maharashtra State Council of Examination at Pune. The learned counsel submits

NOB (iii)-WP-11760-2019+ that instead it ought to be Deputy Director (Secondary & Higher Secondary), Directorate of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune.

In light of that, in last two lines of para 7 at page 3 of the order dated 5th January, 2023, instead of "Deputy Commissioner, Maharashtra State Council of Examination at Pune", the words "Deputy Director (Secondary & Higher Secondary), Directorate of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune" be substituted.
