On 26th February, 2016 rule was issued in the present Petition. However, the interim relief was declined by the speaking order. In the said order, it was noted that the Petitioner has not complied with the direction for payment of arrears of maintenance. 2.

Thereafter on 16th July, 2018 this Court made the following order.

" When the matter is called out, no one else turned up on behalf of Petitioner­husband. The Writ Petition came tobe filed agitating the validity of impugned order passed by the learned trial Court under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C.
