By the application dated 29 th August 2022 received from the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Mangalwedha, Dist. Solapur, a request is made for extension of one year's time for disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.108 of 2009. 2.

This court vide order dated 6 th February 2020, passed in the present petition, directed disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.108 of 2009 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the order. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application dated 29 th August 2022, the time to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No.108 of 2009 is extended by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order to the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Mangalwedha, Dist. Solapur.
