3] As per that nominal roll till 31st October 2019, the prisoner has undergone 14 years 8 months and 15 days of actual imprisonment. With remission, he had then completed 20 years one month. Thus, as of now, he has put in about 4 months more.

5] We therefore, direct the State Government to complete that process within four months from today.
