Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the elections representative of his son, hence, he be permitted to enter in Solapur district for three days i.e. on 20th December, 2025, 21st December, 2025 and 22nd December, 2025.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Petitioner, I pass the following order.

I.

Writ Petition is partly allowed.

II.

Petitioner is permitted to enter in Solapur District for three days i.e. on 20th December, 2025, 21st December, 2025 and 22nd December, 2025.

III. The learned Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune shall decide the pending Application filed by the Petitioner as early as possible.

IV.

Petition is disposed off.
