Heard Mr. Raut, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGP for the respondent - State. Learned AGP opposed the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the impugned order dated 21st November 2023 is passed without giving opportunity to the Management to rectify or explain the deiciencies. Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

According to us, on this ground alone, the impugned order deserves to be set aside. The order dated 21st November 2023, which is on page no.37, is set aside. The impugned order dated 21st November 2023 be treated as show-cause notice to the petitioner and the Management.

The petitioner and Management / School shall appear before the Education Oicer (Secondary) on 2nd December 2025, at 11.00 a.m. The Education Oicer to decide the proposal for individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a 'Peon' afresh on its own merits and in accordance with law.

If the individual approval is granted, the Deputy Director of Education shall issue Shalarth ID to the petitioner. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
