By this Application, the Applicant is seeking interim bail on the ground of death of his father.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the father of the Applicant died on 6th December, 2025. The Applicant wants to perform last rights of his father. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

Learned APP strongly objected for allowing the Application on the ground that if the Applicant released on bail, he may abscond and requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both the learned counsel. Perused the documents

As per the contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that the father of the Applicant died on 6th December, 2025. Applicant and his brother both are behind bar. Applicant wants to perform last rights of his father. Considering this fact, I pass following order :

ORDER

I.

Application is allowed.

II.

Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No.107 of 2023 registered with Vathar Police Station, Dist. Satara on cash Rs.50,000/- with furnishing P.R. bond for 15 days. III. During this period the Applicant shall not contact with the complainant and any prosecution witnesses. IV.

After period of 15 days, the Applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail Authority without seeking further extension of time.
